Andrea Péruzy
Andrea Péruzy received his Degree in Law from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” and holds a Postgraduate Master in Business Administration and International Law from New York University (NYU).
In 1999, Péruzy was appointed Secretary General of the Italianieuropei Foundation, a position he held until 2014. Péruzy became Director of the Control Committee of Astrim S.p.A. in 2002 and served as the Director of ALENIA Aeronautica SpA, which operates the design, construction, and sale of aircrafts, from 2006 to 2009. Further, he was appointed Director of the Credit Agricole Asset Management Real Estate Italia S.p.A in 2007 as well as the Director of ACEA and the Director of CARIVIT in 2009.
From 2009 to 2015 Péruzy served as the Deputy Chairman and Director of HFV (Holding Fotovoltaica SpA) which is active in the renewable energy sector. Following this, he became Chairman and CEO of Acquirente Unico S.p.A. In 2021 Péruzy was appointed Chairman and CEO of GME (Gestore dei Mercati Energetici Gestore dei Mercati Energetici S.p.A)
