Ahead of the upcoming meeting of the Electricity Cross-Border Committee on 30 June, we wish to express our serious concerns regarding the proposed recast of Commission Regulation 2015/1222 (EU) establishing a guideline on capacity allocation and congestion management (CACM 2.0).
