On 24 October, AFME, CMCE, Europex, FESE, FIA, FIA, EPTA, and ISDA (The Associations), representing a wide range of participants in wholesale energy markets (e.g., energy firms, trading venues, banks, liquidity providers, etc.), sent a joint association letter to trilogue parties regarding the REMIT review, with particular focus on the supervision of third country firms.
