Commission Call for Evidence on the Evaluation of ACER

Europex and the All-NEMO Committee welcome the opportunity to contribute to this consultation on ACER’s performance of its tasks and mandate. Competitive and well-functioning European energy markets require a regulatory framework that is efficient, proportionate and focused on clear added value. Therefore, ACER should remain focused on its core tasks and carry them out in a way that supports simplification, burden reduction and operational efficiency.
