General Assembly

The Europex General Assembly consists of the CEOs – or equivalent senior representatives – of all members. All Full Members have voting rights and elect the Chairperson, the other Board members and the Heads of the Working Groups. In addition, the General Assembly approves the annual accounts and budget, the Association’s long-term strategy and decides on the admission of new members, among other responsibilities.
